SUMMARY:Maximizing the Value of Land Open House
DESCRIPTION:At the start of the first event in the 2026 IMPO Speaker Series\, the IMPO will host an open house to learn more about the Maximizing the Value of Land (MVL) Study. The IMPO is studying the impact of different housing development patterns on local government budgets. This includes single family homes\, townhomes\, and apartments\, including both ownership and rental housing. The purpose of the MVL study is to provide information to local governments that can be considered as they plan their future growth and development. \nJoin the IMPO for the Open House from 4:30-5pm and 6-6:30pm to learn more about the study.
