Notice is hereby given that at 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM on Monday, August 18, 2025, the IMPO will conduct a virtual public pre-hearing on Resolution 25-IMPO-009, 25-IMPO-011, and Resolution 25-IMPO-013. Meeting details can be found at indympo.gov/calendar.

Notice is hereby given that at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, the Indianapolis Transportation Policy Committee will conduct a public hearing on Resolution Number 25-IMPO-009 and 25-IMPO-011 considering proposed amendments to the 2024-2027 and 2026-2029 IRTIP, and on Resolution Number 25-IMPO-013 considering proposed amendments to the CIRCLE 2050 MTP.

The hearings will be held at the MIBOR Realtor Association office located at 1912 N Meridian St, Indianapolis, IN 46202. Members of the public may make comments in person or send comments to be read at the hearing in advance using our comment form at indympo.gov/comment. The meeting may also be viewed on YouTube at youtube.com/@indympo. If members of the public cannot attend the official public hearing and opt out of written comment to be read at the hearing, they can attend a virtual pre-hearing meeting. At least one week before the public hearing copies of the items above and all plans and exhibits pertaining thereto will be available on the IMPO’s website at indympo.gov/comment, or for viewing in person, by appointment, in Room 2322 of the City-County Building, 200 East Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Please call 317-327-1773 to arrange a time for in-person viewing of materials, as some staff are working remotely. Written objection to a proposal may be filed with the IMPO, before the August 20, 2025 meeting, at the address above (by appointment), or sent to info@indympo.org, and such objections will be considered. Public hearings may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.

The public participation process described above is used to satisfy the public participation process for the Program of Projects (POP) for the following Federal Transit Administration (FTA) grantee: Indianapolis Public Transportation Corporation (IndyGo).

The public participation process described above is consistent with the policies and procedures for public involvement that have been formally adopted by CIRTA, and meets all applicable public participation requirements pertaining to grants associated with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and Federal Transit Administration (FTA).
