Meet Laura
Laura Drascic (she/her) joined the MPO staff in February 2026. She has both a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a master’s degree in Social Work from Ball State University. Before the MPO, Laura worked as a grant’s analyst at the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority. She brings her extensive experience in grants management, stakeholder engagement, and interagency coordination to the team. Outside of work you can find Laura teaching local yoga classes, biking around the City, and baking sourdough!
Main responsibilities with the Indianapolis MPO include:
- Programming and project management assistance
- TIP Performance Measure Tracking
- ADA coordination
- Administer the IMPO Technical Assistance Program
