NOTICE OF MEETINGS OF THE INDIANAPOLIS METROPOLITAN PLANNING ORGANIZATION

Notice is hereby given that the Executive, Transportation Technical, and Transportation Policy Committees of the Indianapolis Metropolitan Planning Organization (IMPO) will be meeting on the following dates at 9:00am. unless otherwise noted. Meetings will be conducted in person but will be streamed online via the IMPO’s YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/@indympo Comments will not be accepted via YouTube. Comments may be made in-person at meetings or sent in advance (mail/email) to the IMPO by 4:00pm ET the day before the meeting. The Executive Committee of the IMPO will meet at 9:00am on January 23, February 27, March 27, April 17, May 15, June 12, July 24, August 21, September 25, October 23, November 20, and December 18 at the IndyGo Board Room, 1501 West Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46222.

The Technical Committee of the IMPO will meet at 9:00am on February 5 at The Indiana Historical Society, 450 W Ohio Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202. The Technical Committee of the IMPO will meet at 9:00am on, April 1, August 5, and October 7 at the at Hornet Park Community Center 5245 Hornet Park Ave Beech Grove, IN 46107.

The Policy Committee of the IMPO will meet at 9:00am on February 18, April 15, and August 19, and October 21 at the MIBOR Realtor Association office, 1912 N Meridian St., Indianapolis, IN 46202.

Joint meetings of the Technical and Policy Committees of the IMPO will meet at 9:00am on June 17 and December 2 at the Hornet Park Community Center 5245 Hornet Park Ave Beech Grove, IN 46107

The public participation process described above is used to satisfy the public participation process for the Program of Projects (POP) for the following Federal Transit Administration (FTA) grantee: Indianapolis Public Transportation Corporation (IndyGo).

The public participation process described above is consistent with the policies and procedures for public involvement that have been formally adopted by CIRTA, and meets all applicable public participation requirements pertaining to grants associated with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and Federal Transit Administration (FTA).
