System Performance Reports

MPOs who have either set their own or supported state performance measures and targets (see Federal Performance Measures), must include a System Performance Report that evaluates [23 CFR 450.324(f)(4)] the condition and performance of the transportation system with respect to the performance targets.

As MTP and TIP documents are updated, System Performance Reports must also be updated. Below are the updated reports.
